This is app is for women who lack confidence and suffer from anxiety and/or depression to become more active and build confidence.
The primary focus is to help women like you become active long term rather than short term (which happens when the primary focus is weight loss), by putting other benefits first - ie better confidence, feeling happier, better sleep, prevent osteoporosis type conditions.
