Whenever there’s a need and call for technical support and solution for any problems or complains with client’s ATM Machine, the management (ATM management division of Technomedia Ltd.) can assigned a call to any engineer of the company based on his availability and the location of the ATM machine. Based on the assigned call by the management, the engineers will/can receive a notification of assigned tasks and can go for the trouble shooting, and after checking out the ATM machine physically they can send back their feedback or status report straight to the management from the spot. This way it helps to provide the quick support or solution for the ATM services for the clients.
