Tom Kalemi, Devriye, Bekçi Tur Sistemi

Bu Uygulama, Tom Kalemi Sistemi, Bekçi Tur Sistemi mantığına göre çalışmaktadır. Bu uygulama ile kontrol edilmek istenen yerlere kontrol eden kişi ne zaman gitmiş, kontrol ettiği yerde çalışan/görevli/nöbetçi var mı, varsa kaydedebilir, kontrol yerinde tespit edilen hususlar kaydedilir. Kontrol yerleri dolaşma sırasına göre listelenir ve kontrol bittiğinde Pdf formatında liste çıktı oluşturulur.
Nerelerde Kullanılır?
a. Askeri Kışlalarda tom kalemi yerine kullanılır. Avantajları; Daha uygun fiyatlı ve kullanışlıdır. Özelleştirilebilir ve tespit edilen hususlar kaydedilebilir.
b. Güvenlik Şirketleri tarafından; Hastahane vb gibi kurumlarda özel güvenlik personelinin devriye dolaşması takip maksadıyla kullanılabilir.
c. Bekçi çalışan yerlerde kullanılabilir.

Nasıl Kullanılır?
Konrol edilecek yerlere kontrol yeri bilgisi içeren Barkod Kartı oluşturulur ve uygun bir yere konulur. Kontrol eden, Devriye dolaşan kişi bu kontrol yerine geldiğinde uygulama ile barkodu okutur ve uygulama tarafından kontrol yeri ve zamanı kaydedilir. Varsa tespit edilen husus veya hususlar, arıza veya güvenlik açığı gibi durumlar vukuat kısmına kaydedilir. Bu şekillde tüm kontrol yerleri dolaşılır. Devriye bittiğinde liste Pdf formatına dönüştürülür ve çıktısı alınır. Çıktıda Kontrol edenin ismi, kontrol saati ve tarih gibi bilgiler de bulunur. Oluşturulan Pdf belgesinin çıktısı alınır, imzalanır ve dosyalanır.
