TRAC Risk and Insurance Services specializes in providing mobile storage contents coverage to mobile container users and traditional storage facilities (tenants lessees). The contents product is powered by TRAC’s exclusive relationship with Lloyd’s of London, and issued through Lloyd’s A+, AM Best rated syndicate. This product protects tenant’s belongings and damage to the container and alleviates container owners from risks associated with losses. Further, it creates a substantial new revenue stream for container owners that when capitalized, significantly increases the value of an owner’s business through billing fees that are retained by the property. TRAC monitors the placement, administration, auditing, claims and billing of all policies.
