Trainology Fitness

Trainology Fitness is a unique group training studio that takes state-of-the-art technology and fitness to a new level. Classes will incorporate a strength and cardio workout along with a group heart rate system that will help maximize and track results while maintaing a safe workout. TRAIN-TRACK-TRANSFORM! We take traditional High Intensity Training (H.I.T.) combined with a heart rate tracking system (MyZone), and designed three different classes to meet the need for any fitness level. Our formula combines motivating knowledgable instructors that offer modifications to keep the workout safe and sustainable. Transform your body from the knowledge of testing. Nutritional advise, metabolic testing, and body fat testing are all offered to help you gain the biological information to target goals, track success and ultimately transform.

Classes will guarantee a fat burning, cardio building and overall elevated fitness. You can track your progress daily, weekly or monthly with MyZone results emailed/texted after each class. Each workout is either 45 or 60 minutes, alternating between cardio and strength segments. We offer three different classes: Trainology, Glide and Hike. Trainology's equipment includes: Freemotion Incline trainers, glide boards, TRX S-Frame with suspension trainers and monkey bars, MyZone heart system, adjustable Reebok professional steps, free weights, Dynomax balls, bosu, glide boards and exercise tubing.
