With a background in fitness, martial arts, and massage therapy, I believe that training should never be one dimensional. I specialize in full-body transformation: unreal results in a short period of time! All of my training programs are tailored specifically to meet each of my clients individual needs with goals that are realistic, measurable, and achievable. What makes my programs and my personal training so valuable is that I have tested these routines on myself. I would never tell a client to do something that I personally have never tried and therefore can’t be certain of the results you should expect.
