as per wall factor and as per tube radius factor this app will gives the result mandrel ball requirement ,which type of tube bending mandrel can use , and wiper die can use are not
For the result of tube bending mandrel requirement you have to give the two parameter input
1. Wall factor
2. D of bend Or Radius factor of the tube
Simply calculate tube wall factor is = Tube outside diameter / Tube wall thickness
D of bend Or tube radius factor is = CLR or tube centerline radius / tube outside diameter
Do the both calculation and put the input in app and app will give exact tube bending tool requirement
