Hey guys! My name is Kaelin Tuell and I've lost 65 pounds on my own fitness journey. I know how hard it is to lose weight. I know the struggle with dieting and nutrition. I know how hard it is to stay motivated. I know what it's like to not even know where to start when it comes to going to the gym or eating healthy. I used to drink 10 sodas a day and eat fast food twice a day. I was unhappy and unhealthy. At 5'2" and 180 pounds, something needed to change.
