Turkcell Acil Durum uygulaması ile acil yardıma ihtiyaç duyduğunuzda yakınlarınızı haberdar edebilir veya İLK YARDIM, POLİS İMDAT gibi acil numaraları kolayca arayabilirsiniz. Uygulamanın en önemli özelliği, her iki arama tipinde de konum bilginizin karşı tarafa otomatik olarak iletilebilmesidir.
Konum bilginizi ister pratikçe oluşturacağınız SMS ile yakınlarınıza iletebilir ister tüm acil numaraları aradığınızda paylaşabilirsiniz. • Acil numara aramalarında coğrafi koordinatlar (enlem,boylam, hassasiyet) iletilir.

Turkcell Acil Durum uygulamasıyla beraber gelen Turkcell Cebim Güvende servisiyle, http://cebimguvende.turkcell.com.tr adresine Turkcell Şifre’nizle girerek Android tabanlı cep telefonunuzun konumunu öğrenebilir, telefonunuzu uzaktan kilitleyebilir, hafızasını tamamen silebilir, alarm çaldırabilir, ekranına mesaj gönderebilir ve uygulamaları kilitleyebilirsiniz.
Tüm abonelerin uygulama içinden gerçekleştireceği SMS/e-posta kullanımları, mevcut tarifeleri üzerinden ücretlenecektir.
Turkcell Acil Durum uygulaması ücretsizdir ve kullanım için abonelik şartı yoktur.
