Curriculum
- Need based Crop season wise(Kharif & Rabi)
- Practical live demonstrations each day
- Module distributed to all participant free of cost.
More than 7500 employees trained through Video Conferencing & Classroom Training.
More than 15,000 training modules organized and one million farmers trained in each round.
So far 60,850 Kisan Pathshalas organized in four rounds (crop seasons) and more than 4.2 million farmers trained.

Output
- Quantum jump of more than 3 million tons in food grain production in
2018-19.
- Increase in subsidized seed distribution from 6.73 lakh qtl.(2017-18) to 8.15 lakh qtl. (2018-19).
- More farmers are reaching out for govt. schemes benefits. DBT beneficiaries increased from 0.87 million(2016-17) to more than 2.7 million (2018-19).

Outcome
- Capacity building of departmental officers/staff.
- Women empowerment (>15 % women farmers participants)
- Central/State gov scheme benefits percolating down to small & marginal farmers.
