Feel free to use this app as your quick tool to perform URL encoding/decoding. It does exactly that, nothing less, nothing more. URL encoding is translating unprintable characters or characters with special meaning within URLs to a representation that is unambiguous and universally accepted by web browsers and servers. eg. ASCII characters.

Good question. You can:
1) Input a URL (or special character(s), eg. / or encoded character(s), eg. %2F )
2) Encode/Decode
3) View the Output Encoded/Decoded URL (or string)
