Uni Move by UC

UniMove by UC has been designed to help you get moving in your own space and time, by doing the activities that you enjoy. UniMove by UC will track your activity and help you stay motivated on your path to becoming a more active version of yourself.
Through the UniMove UC app, you will be able to join with other members of the UC community in fun challenges that aim to inspire individual physical activity as well as building a community of people who support one another through the group challenges and events that are available through the app.
MY MOVEMENT allows you to easily track the challenges you’ve joined, your personal programme from the team at UC Fit and any of the other movements you’ve made throughout your day.
As well as joining group challenges, you will also be able to upload and view a personal fitness programme. By uploading your personal programme, you will be able to check in with the UC Fit staff to get updates that will help keep you moving on or off campus.
RESULTS: Track your results through the UniMove app and measure yourself against yourself! Sync your app with any other health and fitness apps and keep motivated as you see how far you have come whilst using the app. You will be able to keep track of your body measurements and your daily movements, allowing you to set personal goals and tick them off as you achieve them.
Log MOVEs manually or sync with other apps such as Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag and Withings.
