UP STRENGTH

Many young adults today face multiple challenges which are tough. However adding into todays society there’s a number of people who like to see people suffer. Having been badly bullied myself I know the feeling of completely losing your confidence and self esteem; looking in the mirror and not even recognising who you are anymore.

Whilst training I was coaching a doctor who had reached such highs in her career and also has a wonderful family. During this session I discovered her pain from what she had suffered over 30 years ago from bullying at school. She began to explain it had completely knocked her whole confidence and remember this was over 30 years ago; bullying scars people for life. I’m here to help.
