Proje alanını çevreleyen yapılar arasında bırakılan, organik formlarla zenginleşen büyük avlu ve peyzaj alanı; konutlar için eşsiz bir manzara elde etmenin ötesinde, keyifli zaman geçirebileceğiniz sosyal tesisler, dinlenme ve spor alanlarından oluşan sağlıklı bir sosyal yaşam alanı olarak tasarlandı.
