In origine il piccolo pastificio era situato a Rosburgo, l’antica Roseto degli Abruzzi, la pasta si essiccava all’aria ed al sole, poi nei camerini, con ventilatori a corrente e fonti di calore che permettevano la produzione anche durante l’inverno, poi nell’allora zona industriale dove l’azienda si trova tuttora.
