Great app

This app is a good feature to match with the Victron product range, it's part of the reason I bought from Victron Energy in the first place. I don't fully understand the battery voltages yet (& what percentage of charge the voltage reading relates to). I would love to see a battery capacity percentage reading added to the app to make things a little bit less confusing for us newbies.

New updates introduced problems. Victron refuses to support directly. Bluetooth connectivity stopped working entirely for 3 days, then started again. The app used to report time until full charge, now just shows infinite time remaining. I'm on a 12V system and had an alarm go off saying my midpoint voltage deviation was 23V.

Only with the last update it won't work with phones where cyanogenmod is installed, have to use another phone now...

Great app, great hardware. I have a 100/50mppt. I like the graphs and history function. Would it be possible to save the history in the app? so that every time I connect it adds the new data to a existing file? It would be nice to monitor performance on the long run like this.

Great app. It's improving all the time. Only problems I have are it doesn't allow swapping to another app. If I do, it has to re-connect. Sometimes I have to exit app completely, start it again before it will connect. I am about 10m away from the controller, which is in a caravan. Also, I can only save the log files by using email, then saving that as a draft. Google Drive is useless if I have no 'net connection. I would just like to save the csv to a folder, preferably with the current date & time in the file name. The final problem, which is probably BT adaptor related, is that I have 2 controllers (other is on a portable panel) & 1 adaptor. If I name a controller, in the app, the other is also the same name when I swap the adaptor to it. I didn't want to have to buy 2 adaptors $$. So, mostly 1st world problems.

Works well with bmv-700 however i was hoping it had more historical details. A chart or graph with state of charge (or voltage) versus time/day going back a few days would be a huge improvement.

It is a real pain when the app won't work because an update to the controller software is available. If you don't have internet you're hosed. There should be an option to continue without the upgrade. Sometimes my boat doesn' t have internet for weeks. If the app updates and doesn't work when I get back to the boat I have to uninstall the controller to take it ashore, find 12 volts and internet to fix it. Meantime no solar electricity:(.

After Update my solar panels showing 0 watts incoming, and load current it's erroneus, also charge voltage go over voltage. Could you help me with a old version firmware. I Was try to use old version of Victron connect but it's no helpful. Very dissapointed with Victron Support
