Elly: É uma elefanta rosa que usa uma mochila azul. É uma grande amiga de Pocoyo e mais velha que ele, ajudando a tomar diversas decisões. Geralmente aparece passeando em seu patinete cor-de-rosa.

Loula/Lula em Portugal: A cachorrinha de estimação de Pocoyo, é sua companhia.
Sonequita/Ave Dorminhoca em Portugal: Uma gralha azul que dorme bastante. Ela só acorda para acertar seu relógio, e, às vezes, voar - embora geralmente ela faça isso de olhos fechados. Mesmo quando desce da árvore, costuma carregar seu ninho para continuar dormindo.

Pequena Sonequita/Soninho em Portugal: O filhote de Sonequita. É o oposto da mãe, já que não para quieta um minuto.

Nina: Uma menina que usa verde, tem o poder de mudar o seu tamanho e adora brincar. Fez sua primeira aparição na quarta temporada.

Narrador: Está sempre falando com o Pocoyo e seus amigos, ajuda os personagens a entender o que está acontecendo, orienta como os personagens devem agir corretamente e faz a interlocução entre os personagens e os telespectadores de maneira bem divertida.
