Hvem er vineksperterne i Hardys vinguide
Hardys vinguide er udviklet i et samarbejde mellem det australske vinhus Hardys og den danske sommelier og restaurantchef på restaurant Lumskebugten, Lars Spring.
Lars Spring har arbejdet med mad og vin i mere end 25 år og har vundet adskillige priser for sit arbejde med at kombinere mad og vin.
Ejeren af vinhuset Hardys, Bill Hardy, er femte generation i Hardy-familien, der siden 1853 har skabt vine med både lidenskab og omhu.
Det var Bill Hardys tiptipoldefar, Thomas Hardy, der grundlagde vinhuset i Australien og frembragte den første årgang af Hardys vine i 1857. Siden dengang har Hardys vinhus vundet adskillige nationale og internationale priser for deres vine.

Using Hardys wine guide app
The app acts as an encyclopedia of six subject areas, you can click onto the start of the app depending on what you need to know more about:
• Introduction: We report on what you find in Hardys wine guide how the app is divided and what our intention is with the app.
• About Hardy: Here you can read more about the Australian winery Hardys and their wines, as well as where the wines are sold in Denmark.
• Grapes: The section describes the five most important white wine grapes and the twelve most important red wine grapes - what the tastes of where they are grown, and what impact it has on the wine.
You can look up each grape.
• About food and wine: There are ten madkategorier with a main ingredient (eg "Fish", "calf", "Vegetables / Vegetarian" Beef "," Game "," Ost "), which you can click onto. Different types of dishes
with a main ingredient, such as "Fish", described and matched with wines and grape types. Depending on whether you should have cooked fish with creamy accessories or you serve fried fish, the
recommendation of the wine changed to suit your food.
• Wine generally: Read for example more on what temperature you should serve wines by the glass to suit the different wines and how best to store them.

Who is vineksperterne in Hardys wine guide
Hardys wine guide has been developed in collaboration between the Australian winery Hardys and the Danish sommelier and restaurant manager at the restaurant Lumskebugten, Lars Spring.
Lars Spring has worked with food and wine for more than 25 years and has won numerous awards for his work in combining food and wine.
The owner of the winery Hardys, Bill Hardy, is the fifth generation of the Hardy family, who since 1853 has created wines with both passion and care.
It was Bill Hardy tiptipoldefar, Thomas Hardy, who founded the winery in Australia and produced the first vintage of Hardys wines in 1857. Since then Hardys winery won numerous national and international awards for their wines.
