Viper is not a social network and will never collect your contacts nor will it suggest others you may know. It can't because it doesn't have any information about your contacts. It simply knows phone numbers.

And we never store any data longer than needed to forward it to your intended recipient. All the encryption takes place on your phones. That means that the content that passes through our servers can never be opened by anybody, including us.
