## Como funciona?
Tudo gira em torno do Boletim de Urna (BU). O BU é o “saldo” que toda urna imprime no final da votação com os totais para cada candidato naquele aparelho.
1. Acabou a votação (17h), o Boletim de Urna deve ser afixado em local público (ex.: a porta da seção eleitoral). Aí começa nosso trabalho!
2. Com o aplicativo Você Fiscal, o(a) eleitor(a) (você!) tira foto do Boletim de Urna e envia para o Você Fiscal conferir e somar de forma independente.
3. Que tipo de bug ou fraude o Você Fiscal NÃO pega?
a) Bug/fraude no software que roda na urna. Este é um tipo de fraude que o TSE _não permite_ que seja detectado. O Brasil é o único país no mundo que tem votação eletrônica sem rastro anônimo de papel conferido pelo eleitor. Sem isso, é impossível detectar fraudes na urna, porque não tem com o que comparar.
b) Fraude de mesário. O mesário pode votar no lugar do eleitor. Há relatos de que, ao final da votação, alguns mesários votam pelos eleitores que faltaram.
5. Que tipo de bug ou fraude o Você Fiscal pega?
a) Se a urna for extraviada/trocada/adulterada depois do fim da votação, a gente detecta.
b) Se tiver bug/fraude no software que roda no servidor do Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE) para somar o resultado final, com um número suficiente de usuários, a gente detecta.

## How does it work?
Everything revolves around Bulletin Urn (BU). The BU is the "balance" that every urn prints at the end with the vote totals for each candidate in that unit.
1 Turned out the vote (17h), the Bulletin Urn shall be posted in a public place (eg .: the door of the polling). Here begins our work!
2 Fiscal You With the application, the (a) voter (a) (you!) Takes photo Bulletin Urn and sends it to the Fiscal You check and add independently.
3 What kind of bug or fraud Fiscal You DO NOT get caught?
a) Bug / fraud in the software that runs on the ballot. This is a type of fraud that the TSE _no permite_ it is detected. Brazil is the only country in the world that has no anonymous electronic voting paper trail verified by the voter. Without this, it is impossible to detect fraud in the ballot box, because it has to compare it to.
b) Fraud board member. The board member may vote in place of the voter. There are reports that at the end of the vote, some board members voting by voters who missed.
5 What kind of bug or fraud Fiscal You take?
a) If the urn is lost / changed / adulterated after the end of voting, we detect.
b) If you have bug / fraud in the software that runs on the Supreme Electoral Tribunal (TSE) server to add the final result, with a sufficient number of users, we detect.
