Walking Rosary

The Walking Rosary is a contemporary means of fulfilling the Fatima request.  The Blessed Mother understands we all suffer a shortage of time and lots of distractions in our lives.  We are allowed and encouraged to take prayer into every facet of our lives, now we can become fit and pray at the same time.  Complete the Rosary in about 15 minuets, straightforward, focused and exact.

While walking is a wonderful means to get into, and stay in shape, exercise can seem such a chore. As you focus on the each mystery of the Rosary, each ~15 minute session will fly by. With each session we grow closer and healthier to Jesus through the Blessed Mother.
