This app allows you to digitally store and process the data with security features such as end to end encryption, with great user Interface and easy to use, can easily reach out to their queries and clarify without any hustle within time. With Login via two different users i.e. Field Officer and we can access data and manipulate it according to one’s need.
Field Officer can create the intimation and start surveying the vehicle, The survey is done on various parameters such as vehicle Verification, Images(vehicle exterior, chassis, declaration and RC image), report verified by customers, and vehicle condition survey. The end to end encryption provided in the app is its most reliable security features i.e. no data leakage occurs during data sending to the server or fetching from the server. As well as Agent can create intimation for field officer and can also do self-inspection, a key feature for an agent is provided to track the intimation regarding the status of intimation.
Notification service also integrated to the app to remind FO(field officer) for new intimation or any other Queries from admin side. Notification also provides to Agent module for notifying the intimation status.
