We’re all about recognising and celebrating wins, big and small. And whether it’s a pat on the back, a box of choccies or a performance of the ‘funky chicken’ - we like to say thank you for a job well done. But when you’re busy, it isn’t always easy to do something on the fly.

Now, you can use the app to send recognition and let someone know they’ve been awesome. Just select the person you want to recognise and what you want to recognise them for - then choose a thank you message or write your own. The person you recognised will also earn points that will help them unlock badges and merch!
