WODs On The Road was developed by CrossFit Affiliate owners who identified a need within their own client base for a CrossFit travel application that would program safe, effective workouts whilst they are 'on the road' or holidaying.

This intuitive app will ensure that; depending on what equipment is available, the user is guaranteed to get a constantly varied program. Programs are tailored for your need whether that is one day, one week or one month. There are hundreds of WOD's available regardless of location.

This application has taken a year to create with careful consideration for the true essence of what makes up an effective fitness program. All you have to add is your own intensity level.

There are demonstration videos for each movement programmed to keep you safe.
