Early years reading tool - customisable!
Simple game to help recognise words
Developed by a teacher to help children recognise common words and build cognitive reading ability, including reading by sight.
A default collection of words is provided but these can be changed, removed or added to to reflect interests and abilities of the child. Multiple different word sets can also be created and quickly changed between.
A target word is selected at random and read out loud, the child must then select the matching word from the grid of words shown.
Grid size is also customisable to offer a range of difficulty.
Currently available FREE and with NO ADS!
All data saved on local device, nothing is shared, and no app permissions required.
