WordWatch APPLICATION description

WordWatch is a tool to monitor the activities of your child on their smartphone
WordWatch is a helpful tool for you to monitor the activities of your child on their smartphone or shared family tablet.

While some apps outright block the usage of certain apps or block access to certain websites WordWatch was created with the idea of "I trust my child" in mind.

However we know the world can be a dangerous place. That's where WordWatch steps in to help.

WordWatch monitors the input your child types in text messages, internet searches, social media posts and everything in between against a large database of predefined "bad words" to ensure they are not sending rude or hurtful messages and looking at content too mature for them.

When we detect the use of a bad word the app will store it and provide you a full context of how your child used the bad word including the app it was used it, the full sentence that was typed and the timestamp

Features:
* Easy to view graph of the type of content your child is typing
* Colour coded severity levels of each bad word
* Choose which words to track
* Add your own words/phrases to be tracked
* password access to view the app

Notes:
This app will never check the content of the text typed in a password field for security reasons.
Due to a bug in the android 9.0 OS this app is not compatible with devices using that operating system. If you have already upgraded please wait until android 9.1 is released to install this app.
