It did a good job of keeping track of things but I wish it would allow me to put in my actual word count without having to round to the nearest 5.

This app is super amazing. Im using it for my Camp NaNoWriMo story and i really love it. I only have 2 complaints. You cant make ur treats cost more than 9 guavas. Also, i wish u could adjust the amount of time u want a session to be. Other than that, its perfect.

Absolutely love the app. Would like to suggest a Google Chrome extension and/or PC version, if possible. I like to do most of my writing using Google Drive/Google Docs (never lose my work that way, and it's always available on phone, tablet, & PC), and it would be wonderful if I could use this excellent tool in tandem with that. Thanks so much for such a helpful app! :)

I was skeptical at first, but this app has actually helped me write more & write more consistently. I set a very low daily goal to start, but the other day I started the timer for a 25 minute session and kept resetting it when it ended because I wanted to write more! It keeps track of your "high scores" and I wanted to beat the words-in-a-day record that I had set a few weeks before. The guavas are cute rewards, though I don't have to discipline to only browse Facebook or eat a cookie when I've earned a guava. The app would be even better with two features: making the number of days in a row that you've written more prominent (perhaps by featuring it next to the buttons at the top) and allowing you to set a writing time per day goal in addition to a words or characters per day goal (e.g., set a goal to write 45 minutes a day, regardless of how many words that produces.)

This app has got me into the daily writing routine I've been procrastinating about for years - it's such a brilliant idea. I even use the reward system which I've also never managed to do off my own back before, even though countless writers have recommended it. Thank you so much :)

The toolbox was very helpful, but it no longer loads. It tells me to check my internet connection when my connection is fine. Other than that, it's a great app to keep you writing and track progress.

It does what it says and it's very helpful to keep myself accountable. I've used it for a few days and I love it because I worked on a single project. I'm not happy with the idea that I can't back up my data. I LOVE the random writing quotes!! I check the app even when I'm doing other stuff just to read them. And bask in the glory of my great WPD average. I LOVE the reminders. I love the writing chart. The timer also looks simple and cool. I would be interested in a PC version that would synchronize with it. And of course backup because I'd love to have it as my main tracker. It's a great app. Super useful for writers who still have a day job and have to make each writing session count.

EDIT: I changed my score to a one because you can't back up your data. Even letting us store an email would help so much. A helpful app that will help you improve your writing habits. There are some neat features like a built-in thesaurus, dictionary, and word salad generator. If you drag your feet on writing projects, or if you're not sure if you can write, just try it. ☺

Ok, so i'm not going to iterate all the good points everyone else is making. This makes my life so much easier. Especially the widgets. I was looking for something like the NaNoWriMo format that would give me constant graphical view of my progress. With the treats system, I'm really loving it. Except..... This little girl I know threw my phone at the wall and the phone died. I'm not so sad to lose all my downloads as I am to lose my logs. It would be a real LIFE SAVER IF WE COULD BACKUP OUR LOGS.

This app has totally lit a fire in me! I've never felt so motivated to write. This app really hit the sweet spot for holding me accountable while keeping me motivated and feeling great. I love that it does all the words per day calculations for me so I can just hit the target without any thought. It's a gorgeous app, love the color scheme and the cute icons. I can't wait to earn some more guavas! Two more until I can buy that dress I've been eyeing at Nordstrom...😊
