You do not need this service for help or support with Xfinity service issues (i.e., Xfinity cable, Internet, voice or Home services) or for equipment leased to you by Xfinity (i.e., set-top boxes, modems or other equipment leased from and owned by Comcast).

Concierge Tech Support provides customers one-click chat or call access to a US-based tech concierge for help with:
