このアプリは毎日の健康情報を記録・管理し、それをそのままメール文にしてしまうアプリです。
記録できる項目は以下の５点
１．食事
朝・昼・晩、それぞれ食事の時間、内容、写真
２．プロテイン
摂取時間
３．トイレ
侠通回数
４．体重
朝と晩の体重
５．睡眠時間
前日の就寝時間と当日の起床時間
※予め、メールの対象の項目を選んでおくことが出来ます。
また、メールの゠イトルや宛先、本文などもを設定しておけます。
