ZenGuard APPLICATION description
ZenGuard Smart Security Guard Application
SCAN-IT is an online security guard patrol system application which helps security companies in worldwide to manage and monitor the patrols of their guards in an innovative way in commercial buildings and residential areas. It uses the power of a smartphone which communicates in real-time.
The guard inspects an area which was already registered with in the our application and scans the unique QR code and sends data like incidents report and images, with the help of accurate QR tracking (GPS) in real-time to the Monitoring Centre.
In case of danger, the guard presses a simple SOS button and a SOS alert is sent, indicating his accurate position. In this way, the company is informed about a real-time danger in guards’ region and take immediate action.
It is fast, low cost and reliable, improving team efficiency and cooperation between colleagues and co-workers and eliminating time consuming tasks within the residential areas.
Extra features like staff management, petty cash request, bills management, CCTV access and more are included on our Scan-It admin application.
