This skin is based off of Google Plus.
My Setup:
(You can use whatever setup you prefer. But in the event you want it to look like the screenshot here is what I used)

No margins
No dock
No notification bar
Widget overlap on
Wipe transition animation in launcher settings
To make the Notification Tab slide in and out you need to create 2 home screens. Add all the widgets to both screens so they are identical. Then add the notification to the space pictured on the second homescreen.
