kennenzulernen. Die ZVEI-App liefert - dynamisch aktualisiert - die entscheidenden Informationen, Publikationen, Videos und Meldungen über eine der größten deutschen Industriebranchen.
Der ZVEI - Zentralverband Elektrotechnik- und Elektronikindustrie e. V. vertritt die gemeinsamen Interessen der Elektroindustrie und der zugehörigen Dienstleistungsunternehmen in Deutschland. Rund 1.600 Unternehmen haben sich für die Mitgliedschaft im ZVEI entschieden.
Die Branche beschäftigt knapp 840.000 Arbeitnehmer in Deutschland und weitere rund 665.000 weltweit. Im Jahr 2012 betrug ihr Umsatz 170 Milliarden Euro. Etwa 40 Prozent davon entfallen auf neuartige Produkte und Systeme. Jährlich wendet die Branche 13,5 Milliarden Euro auf für F&E, 8,7 Milliarden Euro für Investitionen und zwei Milliarden Euro für Aus- und Weiterbildung. Jede dritte Neuerung im Verarbeitenden Gewerbe insgesamt erfährt ihren originären Anstoß aus der Elektroindustrie.
