The present scientific and practical guide dedicated to integrated cross-sectoral analysis of the problems of Russia's legal system reform in the context of the influence of the Council of Europe's rights. The paper addressed the main, the most significant examples of changes in the Russian legislation and practice dictated by the integration into the legal space of the Council of Europe. The guide highlights the most important historical, political and legal aspects of Russia's membership in the Council of Europe, given the forecasts of further development of cooperation. For this purpose, the authors refer to the historical, doctrinal and normative sources, as well as judicial practice.
