طه حسين

لُقّب بعميد الأدب العربي. غيّر الرواية العربية، مبدع السيرة الذاتية في كتابه "الأيام" الذي نشر عام 1929. يعتبر من أبرز الشخصيات في الحركة العربية الأدبية الحديثة. يراه البعض من أبرز دعاة التنوير في العالم العربي ، في حين يراه آخرون رائدا من رواد التغريب في العالم العربي. كما يعتقد البعض أن الغرب هو من خلع عليه لقب عميد الأدب العربي.

The title of Dean of Arabic literature. It is the Arabic novel, creative biography in his book "days", published in 1929 is considered one of the most prominent figures in modern Arabic literary movement. It sees some of the most prominent advocates of enlightenment in the Arab world, while others see a pioneer of alienation in the Arab world. Some believe that the West is to take off from him the title of dean of Arabic literature.
