Adven. of the Blue Carbuncle

The Adventure of the Blue Carbuncle (by Arthur Conan Doyle) is presented by Folium Partners. There were 56 original stories written by Conan Doyle and published in The Strand magazine between 1891 and 1929. The stories are divided among five series. This is from the first series, “The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes”.

In this story a precious stone with a history of murders and violence behind it is discovered in the crop of a Christmas goose after being reported stolen yet again, from its owner’s jewel case, and the guilt placed upon a plumber who protests his innocence.
