Canto De Lambu

O inhambu (Crypturellus obsoletus) é um tinamídeo florestal que habita a floresta atlântica no Brasil, em praticamente todos os níveis de altitude, sendo sua presença mais marcante acima dos 400 m. Na América do Sul ocorrem algumas subespécies. Ocorre nos estados brasileiros da Bahia (extremo sul) ao Rio Grande do Sul.

O inhambu-chororó é o menor do gênero (aproximadamente 19 centímentros). Habita os campos “sujos”, capoeiras, divisas de pastos, plantações (milho, sorgo, algodão e café, entre outras). Também é conhecido como lambú, inhambu-mirim, espanta-boiada, bico-de-lacre e inhambuzinho. Como a maioria dos tinamiformes, é mais ouvido do que visto, sendo assim, aves difíceis de serem fotografadas. É um dos tinamiformes mais comuns do Brasil, após a codorna-amarela (Nothura maculosa). The inhambu (Crypturellus obsoletus) is a forest tinamídeo that inhabits the Atlantic Forest in Brazil, virtually all altitude levels, with its most significant presence above 400 m. In South America, some subspecies occur. Occurs in the Brazilian states of Bahia (far south) to Rio Grande do Sul.

The Small-Billed Tinamou is the smallest of its kind (approximately 19 centímentros). Inhabits the "dirty" fields, barns, pastures currency, crops (corn, sorghum, cotton and coffee, among others). It is also known as Lambu, inhambu-Bantam, wonder-cattle-bill seal and inhambuzinho. Like most Tinamiformes is more heard than seen, therefore, difficult birds to be photographed. It is one of the most common Tinamiformes of Brazil, after the quail yellow (spotted Nothura).
