Crowburger Kitchen, an award winning hamburger kitchen located on the Newport Peninsula in Newport Beach, California. Hosts a famous selection of beer and wine. All burgers contain 5 oz. of a top secret proprietary blend of prime chuck, short rib, brisket and hanger steak, all ground daily in-house and have never been frozen all burgers are made to order and are cooked medium unless otherwise specified. We only use meat, pork and poultry that are all natural, free-range and are humanely raised without the use of hormones or antibiotics. We procure organic products, whenever possible, and alway purchase from farmers whose main emphasis is responsible and sustainable practices. Artisan burger buns are custom made at a local bakery. Our menu may change often as we shop markets, meet with our farmers and ranchers, and develop new ideas.
