I’d like to welcome you to my online training site where you and I will work together to create a personalized fitness program for a fraction of the cost of working one-on-one personal training. Your online training program will consist of goal specific workouts, created by me and based on your fitness level, desired weight loss or weight gain, schedule, and exercise equipment availability. Every program is packed with motivation and accountability to help you maximize your workout results

After many requests from current and former clients, both locally and nationally - this online system allows me to train you anywhere, anytime. My online service works great for anyone, whether you want to exercise at home or in a fully equipped health club.

All of the workouts created are designed with your goals in mind. I realize that no two clients are ever the same and therefore no two exercise plans are ever the same. Your workout will be tailor-made to meet your goals, utilizing the exercise equipment you have available to you.
*Each workout comes complete with a video demonstration of each exercise to ensure that you know exactly how to perform them.
