We're not yet another gym in Ostrava. Individual.Fitness is a club with a personal approach. We start by getting know you, your current state and your goals and possibilities. Thanks to InBody analysis we can learn your physical state and as result, we're able to suggest optimal training plan together with a diet. We won't let you struggle yourself. Our trainers will keep you motivated and professionally coach you. Our goal is to introduce you to a new fitness lifestyle you will fall in love with. And what are your goals? Loose weight? Gain strength? Or simply keep yourself fit? We can do it together.
