Kuliner Nusantara APPLICATION description
Namun meski mahal banyak lho penggemarnya dan peminatnya, apalagi di hari raya idul fitri ini, wah meskipun mahal, tetapi tidak sulit mencarinya, karna setiap rumah sudah di pastikan ada yang namanya
rendang itu.
Bahan Daging Rendang :
1 kg Daging tanpa lemak, potong dan cuci bersih lalu tiriskan
3 butir kelapa tua parut, buat menjadi santan kental
Bahan Bumbu Daging Rendang Padang, (dihaluskan) :
- 20 btr Bawang merah
- 10 siung Bawang putih
- 2 ruas jari Jahe
- 1 ons Cabe merah giling
- 1 sdt merica
Bahan Bumbu Rendang lainnya :
- Lengkuas, dimemarkan
- 3 btg Sereh, geprek bagian putihnya
- 3 buah Bunga pekak
- 5 lbr Daun jeruk
- 3 lbr Daun salam
- 2 lbr Daun kunyit, sobek-sobek
Bumbu Pelengkap Daging Rendang Padang :
- 1 sdm Kelapa serundeng giling (kelapa parut di sangrai sampai berwarna coklat, kemudian di giling halus hingga keluar minyaknya)
- 1 sdm Hati sapi rebus, di giling halus
- 1 sdm Air asam
- Garam, secukupnya
Gula pasir, secukupnya
Cara Membuat Daging Rendang Padang :
1. Ungkep daging dengan bumbu halus, biarkan air daging keluar dan tunggu hingga air ungkepan kering.
2. Tuang santan, kemudian masukkan semua bumbu kecuali bumbu pelengkap, dan aduk hingga rata.
3. Aduk-aduk santan hingga santan mendidih dan jangan sampai santan pecah.
4. Kecilkan api, masak sampai daging rendang dan bumbu mengeluarkan minyak.
5. Masukkan bumbu pelengkap daging rendang padang, aduk rata.
6. Masak terus sambil sesekali diaduk-aduk agar tidak lengket. Masak sampai bumbu rendang agak mengering atau berdedak dan berwarna coklat.
7. Sajikan dengan nasi hangat.
Tips Membuat Daging Rendang Padang :
