Tabatilla

Tabatilla is an Android application based in Tabata or HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) method, where anyone can look for a simply, funny, automatic and temporized workout routine.
It’s very simply, only need to click on “Choose random Tabatilla” to define the exercises and click on “Start” to start the exercise. In Tabatilla also can define our exercises and intervals.
DATE: “Tabata is a HIIT based on Izumi Tabata work. At the beginning it consists in exercise made in High intensity during 20 seconds and 10 seconds resting after. This exercise is done 8 times (or 2 different exercises 4 times) as a total of 4 minutes of training”
Characteristics of Tabatilla:
- Timer for HIIT, including start and stop controls
- Choose randomly what exercice to perform (with useful explanation)
- Add or Delete exercises from application
- Change the high and low intensity times and cycles to exercise
- During the exercise you can visualize easily in what stage you are (identified by colors)
- Supported languages: Spanish and English
- It also has sound alerts when change and finish exercise
- Now you can play your own music!!!
