This yoga course mainly contains several parts: Sun Salutation, Simple Triangle Pose, Tree Pose, Gate Pose, Rabbit Pose, Cat Pose, Waist Rotating Pose, Upward Dog, Locust Pose, Supine Torso Twist, Reverse Helicopter, and Corpse Pose.

Tips for workout:
