★ Introduction★

Outcomes:

-Stretches the neck, shoulders, back torso, hips and groins
-Stimulates the spinal nerves, and increases the flexibility of the spine

-Improves blood circulation, balance and core strength。

However, we are often mesmerized by the outside word and miss out on the awareness of our own body. But every time we stretch out our body on yoga mats, or adjust our breath to align with movements, we start to feel the vitality in our body again. Over time, this will increase the level of comfort in your own body. This course will help you increase the awareness of your own body, and build greater self-confidence.

This yoga course mainly contains several parts: Wrist Stretch, Cat Pose, Kneeling Twist, Modified Upward Dog, Transitional Standing Pose, Triangle Pose, Warrior III Pose, Sun Cobra Pose, and Half Bridge Pose.

Tips for workout:

1. Drink a glass of lukewarm water and then begin the exercises after 15 minutes.
2. To maximize the benefits, remember to practice your poses in sequential order.
3. Do not try to rush through the postures. Practice as slowly as you can.
4. Avoid doing some poses if you have any neck, back, legs or spinal injuries.
