When you see some pictures or videos of yoga practice that is perfect in every form, do you expect to be that perfect some day? Actually, the truth is, there is no such thing as a perfect pose. Always remember that the most important thing of yoga is how it functions and not how it looks. Yoga is meant to help to build stronger muscles, improve your body flexibility, mobility of the joints and balance, and connect your mind and body. Yoga is never meant to be a competition. Move gracefully with the rhythm and flow of your body, and focus on your breath. Remember that your form will gradually improve over time.

This yoga course mainly contains several parts: Forward Fold with Hand, Waist Rotating Pose, Gate Pose, Seated Upward Stretch, Modified Upward Dog, Transitional Cobra Pose, Plow Pose, Fish Pose, Supine Torso Twist, and Corpse Pose.

Tips for workout:

1. It's best not to eat a heavy meal right before you do yoga.
2. To maximize the benefits, remember to practice your poses in sequential order.
3. Do not push yourself beyond your limits. Practice as slowly as you can.
4. Avoid doing some poses if you have recent or chronic injury to neck, back, shoulders, legs, hips or spine.
