Yoga is meant to help to build stronger muscles, improve your body flexibility, mobility of the joints and balance, and connect your mind and body. Yoga is never meant to be a competition. Actually, the truth is, there is no such thing as a perfect pose. Always remember that the most important thing of yoga is how it functions and not how it looks. Move gracefully with the rhythm and flow of your body, and focus on your breath. Repetitive practice will help you gradually improve your form over time.

This yoga course mainly contains several parts: Chanting Meditation, One Legged King Pigeon Pose, Pigeon Pose, Butterfly Pose, Leg Movement, Supine Torso Twist, Simple Bound Angle Pose, and Corpse Pose.

4. Do not push yourself beyond your limits. Practice as slowly as you can.
