VU la Constitution ;
VU la lettre n° 2008-037/AN/PRES/SG/DGSL/DSC du 29 mai
2008 du Président de l’Assemblée nationale transmettant pour
promulgation la loi n° 028-2008/AN du 08 mai 2008 portant Code du travail au Burkina
Faso;
D E C R E T E
ARTICLE 1 : Est promulguée la loi n° 028-2008/AN du 13 mai 2008 portant Code
du travail au Burkina Faso.
ARTICLE 2 : Le présent décret sera publié au Journal Officiel du Faso.

enactment of Law No. 028-2008 / AN of 8 May 2008 on the Labor Code in Burkina
Faso;
D E C R E T E
ARTICLE 1: Is promulgated Law No. 028-2008 / AN of 13 May 2008 on the Code
work in Burkina Faso.
Article 2: This decree shall be published in the Official Journal of Faso.
