אבן ספיר

אֶבֶן סַפִּיר הוא מושב בפרוזדור ירושלים, המשתייך לתנועת המושבים. נקרא על שם ספרו של השד"ר רבי יעקב הלוי ספיר, מחבר "אבן ספיר" שנכתב בשנת 1864, המתאר את דרך חייהם ומנהגיהם של יהודי תימן במאה ה-19. על שמו של ספיר נקרא גם נחל ספיר.
את המושב הקימו יהודים מתימן ב-1950. במשך השנים עזבו התימנים ובמקומם הגיעו עולים מכורדיסטן, בהמשך הצטרפו אליהם עולים ממרוקו ואחר כך קבוצה קטנה מהונגריה. בקצהו הצפוני עומד מנזר יוחנן במדבר. בתוך המנזר מערת התבודדות המיוחסת ליוחנן המטביל, וכן מעיין. קרוב למושב נמצאים שני מעיינות נוספים: עין ספיר, בתחום המושב ועין חנדק בעמק שבין המושב להדסה עין כרם. בוואדי היורד מעין חנדק סכר בנוי אבני גזית. הדרך מסומנת בסימון שבילים ירוק בסימון של שביל ישראל. The seat formed from Yemen in 1950. Over the years left Yemenis and instead arrived immigrants from Kurdistan, later joined by immigrants from Morocco and then a small group from Hungary.
