אביעזר

אֲבִיעֶזֶר הוא מושב ישראלי בחבל עדולם, הממוקם כ-9 ק"מ מדרום מערב לבית שמש, שוכן בשיפולי הרי יהודה וצופה אל נוף עמק האלה והרי גוש עציון. המושב משתייך לארגון הפועל המזרחי אך כיום אוכלוסייתו מעורבת והטרוגנית.
המושב הוקם באפריל 1958 בידי עולים מאיראן. הוא הוקם על אדמות הכפר הערבי בית נטיף, שתושביו נמלטו ממנו במהלך מלחמת העצמאות ולא הורשו לחזור אליו. אדמות הכפר הוכרזו נכסי נפקדים והוקמו עליהם יישובים יהודיים. בגלל העדר מים עזבו התושבים ובמקומם הובאו למקום עולים מהודו ששהו בתחילה במושב עלמה אך לא הסתגלו לתנאי הקור ששררו שם בחורף. הם הביאו למקום את תרבותם ומנהגיהם המיוחדים.
בעת תכנון המקום הוא נקרא "עדולם 9". המושב נקרא אביעזר, על שמו של אביעזר זיגמונד גסטטנר, נשיא קק"ל בבריטניה וציוני נלהב.
בהיותו יישוב ספר סבל היישוב מגניבות עדרי צאן וגניבות רכוש. כביש הגישה למקום היה רעוע ולעתים, בימות הגשמים, נותק המושב מהעולם החיצון בעת שנחל האלה היה עולה על גדותיו ומציף את הדרכים.
בין השנים 1992 - 1995, בסיוע משפחת גסטטנר, בוצע במושב פרויקט שיכון ייחודי למושבים במדינה. הוא נועד לשכן עולים בעיקר מחבר המדינות בעלי תארים אקדמיים ומקצועות חופשיים. הבתים שנבנו היו בתים תעשייתיים בני שלושה חדרים, עם גג רעפים. כך הוקמה שכונה חדשה הנמצאת בכניסה למושב. כיום מתבצעת הרחבה חדשה בעיבורי המושב, הרחבה שתזרים למקום כשבעים משפחות חדשות.
לפי נתוני מפקד האוכלוסין משנת 2008, אחוז האקדמאים ביישוב הוא מן הגבוהים ביישובי מטה יהודה.
את הרחוב הראשי של המושב מעטרת שדרה מרשימה של עצי אורן. בתחום המושב יש שרידים של בארות וגתות שמן מן התקופה הביזנטית וכן עצי אלון ואלה עתיקי יומין. בעונת החורף יש פריחה מרהיבה של פרחי בר אשר צובעים את הגבעות והעמק סביב. באוקטובר 2014, במסגרת המפעל ה-37 של תנועת הנוער בני המושבים לזכרו של יוסי יפה, הוכשר שביל טיולים העובר בחורש שבתוך המושב ומוביל לבית הבד העתיק. לאורך השביל הוקמו גם פינות מנוחה להנאת המסיירים במקום. Abiazr is an Israeli moshav in the Adullam region, located 9 km south-west of Beit Shemesh, located on the slopes of the Judea and expects to these valley views and the Gush Etzion.
