עין הבשור

מושב עין הבשור המשתייך לתנועת המושבים ושוכן במועצה האזורית אשכול, נוסד בשנת 1982 מיד עם פינוי חצי האי סיני במסגרת הסכמי השלום עם מצרים ונקרא על שם המעיין הסמוך לו. מייסדיו הגיעו ממושבי חבל ימית: שדות, חרובית, נביעות, אוגדה, פריאל, ימית, זהרון, דקלה, נתיב העשרה ותלמי יוסף. מרבית תושבי עין הבשור עוסקים בחקלאות, חלקם בתיירות ובאירוח כפרי והשאר עוסקים במגוון מקצועות ועיסוקים חופשיים ועצמאיים במושב עצמו או במרכזי התעסוקה שבאזור. במושב גרות כ-300 משפחות בעלות צביון חילוני והיישוב מקיים חיי חברה ותרבות פעילים ומגוונים. בעין הבשור מסגרות חינוך פורמאליות מגיל 0 עד גן חובה. ילדי בית הספר היסודי לומדים ב”יובלי הבשור” בקמפוס צוחר או ב”ניצני אשכול” שבקיבוץ מגן. בני הנוער לומדים בבית הספר התיכון “נופי הבשור” בקיבוץ מגן. במסגרת החינוך הבלתי פורמאלי פועלת במושב תנועת הנוער של בני המושבים המפעילה את הילדים והנוער במהלך השבוע, בחגים ובחופשות. כמו כן במושב מרכז חוגים המפעיל חוגים לכל הגילאים. לרבים מתושבי עין הבשור משקים חקלאיים שמגדלים בעיקר- פרחים, ירקות, עשבי תיבול וגידולים אורגנים. כמו כן במושב יזמויות פרטיות כדוגמת קליניקה לטיפולים אלטרנטיביים, מאפיית עוגות, מעצבת תכשיטים, אומנים ומגוון עסקים בתחום התיירות הכפרית- צימרים הסעדה. חלק מתושבי המקום עוסקים במקצועות חופשיים וחלק עובדים במרכזי התעסוקה שבאזור.
